How does it work?

  • Each week, you'll receive a new 5-day (Sun-Thurs) meal plan.

    • This includes detailed recipes, a full shopping list, and meal prep tips.​

  • The meal plan will land in your inbox every Tuesday evening, giving you time to purchase your groceries and get organized well in advance.

  • This is a subscription service that runs on a monthly cycle, and it will automatically renew at the end of the month. This will not necessarily coincide with the calendar month, but rather with whichever day your subscription began.

What types of recipes can I expect?

  • All recipes are pescatarian, seasonal, and family-friendly. The recipes embody a "plantiful," whole foods approach to nutrition. 

    • Each recipe makes 4 (adult-size) servings.

  • All recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free & refined sugar-free, with options for adding these in if desired.

  • All meals will include tips for ingredient substitutions and can easily be adjusted for allergies or food preferences.

  • Every meal will combine fiber, fat, and protein to optimize blood sugar balance. This is hugely important for maintaining energy levels throughout the day and promoting healthy sleep at night.

 

What if I’m not a great cook?

  • The goal of these meal plans is to provide easy recipes that use a short list of ingredients and simple cooking methods. All recipes are geared toward beginners’-level cooking.

 

How much effort is this really going to take?

  • The weekly plan let's you focus on getting delicious, healthy food on the table with no effort in the planning phase.

  • Think of it as one less giant task on your weekly to-do list.

What if I decide that it's not right for me?

  • If you wish to cancel your weekly meal plan subscription, you may do so at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the following month.
