WORKSHOP HOSTS

Hi! We’re Jen & Ilana, and we met during our maternity leave in 2018. Coincidentally, we’re both from Canada & both have 2 young daughters.

The birth of our babies, and our own journey to motherhood left an indelible mark on us, and took each of us down a new career path devoted to helping other women make the transition into motherhood.

Our motto is “Baby First. Mother First.” Yes, having a healthy baby is of critical importance. But so too is having a healthy, thriving mama.

We feel that mainstream healthcare does not provide enough support for new moms, and that’s where we’ve come in to bridge the gap, by creating this workshop to give you the much needed support for both you & your baby during the postpartum period.
