Cooking Workshops
Come learn the science of fermentation and the health benefits of probiotic foods.
What to expect at the event:

This is a hands-on fermentation class, where each person will make their own kimchi & kombucha to take home (of course, the fermentation process will continue in your own kitchen).

You will also learn how to make 2 additional recipes that incorporate the fermented foods as part of the ingredients.

And, of course, there will be samplings of food and drinks to keep everyone's tummy happy.
