In case we haven’t met before, I’m Ilana — a perinatal nutrition coach and certified childbirth educator. I help women feel more confident and less overwhelmed during pregnancy and postpartum, with a practical, personalized approach to nourishment.
My own path to motherhood wasn’t easy: I faced fertility challenges, and then navigated gestational diabetes during my first pregnancy. That experience changed everything — and inspired me to study perinatal nutrition so I could help other women feel more empowered and cared for in this season. I’ve been coaching clients for over five years, and I’ve seen how small changes in nutrition can make a big impact.
